Half Moon is a large, 6 bedroom house located on the Pedestrian Beach in Surfside. This area is known for being family-friendly and only accessible to Pedestrians (this means there are no motorized vehicles allowed on the beach at any time). The house is close enough to the water that you are easily within earshot of the kids playing on the beach and went hey re ready to come in; there is an open air shower under the house. This is perfect for hosing off sandy kids, toys, coolers, fishing gear, etc.

Inside you will love the new tile floors that look just like wood. The kitchen was updated with new granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Bedrooms have new bedding and new furniture throughout.

From the main living area, you will enjoy gorgeous water views all day long…watch the sunrise over the water and sunset over the bay. Half Moon is also located close to Surf Shops, Convenient Store, Food, Bars and our Office.
