This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a fully stocked kitchen! Sand Castle Cottage is a 3rd row and is a short walk to gorgeous pedestrian only beach, jetty fishing, community park. There is a gate that latches at the top of the entry stairs, and casual furniture on 3 decks. Park below or in the driveway on the side. The extra driveway provides plenty of room to park your extra vehicle, boat, etc...

The space has:
2 king beds, each in its own bedroom, and a twin over double bunk in the 3rd sleeping area (this room is not completely private as the primary room accesses the living room and kitchen by going through this space), + a folding cot and an air mattress.

Guest access:
Enjoy the entire home, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3 decks-1 front, 1 private off master BR, and 1 lower deck with a grill and additional seating area.

Other things to note:
We have carport parking and 2 driveways, so if you bring a large vehicle, it will fit.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
