All 3 are identical in size and connected by a crosswalk but decorated and owned individually. This beautifully newly remodeled home has everything you can imagine needing during a fun filled family beach vacation.
This property has a ramp perfect for wheel chair accessibility and wagons, rolling ice chests, etc... It also has stairs for those who don't prefer the ramp. The "Beach Access Walk-Over" it connected right on the deck so no more going up and down to access the beach, just walk right across the deck onto the walk-over. You can access the walk-over from the downstairs as well.
Boat House also has a whole house purified water filtration system. The will save you the frustration of hauling jugs of water into the house. (For drinking we still suggest bringing bottled water).
2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 with a king and one with a set of queen bunks and a guest restroom between the 2 accessible from the hallway. 4 bedrooms upstairs. Facing the beach you will find a master suite with private bath and deck has a king bed, futon and TV with Xfinity. Also facing the beach front is a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private deck. 2 additional rooms can be found with amazing bay views perfect for sunsets. 1 bedroom has another set of Queen Bunks and the other has 2 sets of Bunk Beds. There is another guest bathroom in the hallway between these 2 rooms.
This property offers 2 pack-n-plays and 2 high chairs, 2 crock pots, 2 refrigerators & 2 12 cup coffee makers, Box Games & Puzzles. Not to mention HIGH SPEED WIFI.
Downstairs is a large BBQ pit, a picnic table and outdoor seating.

Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976. In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born.
