"Blue Paradise" is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located on Middle Beach in Surfside Beach, Texas. The house is backed up to the bay and has some amazing views from the back deck and beach views from the front deck. Inside is an open concept living area with water views, vaulted ceilings, and professionally decorated decor. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you will need, including a whole house water filtration system. The Master Bedroom has 1 King & a private bathroom with back deck access where you can sit and enjoy amazing views of the bay, different species of birds & Sunsets. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen with the option of making the restroom private or having it remain a guest bathroom by leaving the second hall door open. Bedroom #3 has 1 King. All bedrooms have a SmartTV. Outside on the front deck, you will enjoy a partially covered deck that gives you plenty of room to sit in the sun or shade while enjoying the beach views. Downstairs you will find great bay views, an enclosed outdoor shower, water hose and BBQ pit. This is a perfect place for entertaining with family & friends, listen to music, play yard games, cook or just sit and catch up while making new memories. Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside! Pets are welcome at this home. 2 pets max. w/ a non-refundable pet fee. (ask if additional pets are allowed).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
