Awesome second row Beach House located in Beautiful Surfside Beach (50 miles south of Houston). The House is recent construction and is very nicely furnished... The location is premium (middle beach) and access to the sand is extremely convenient...Newly extended deck that is very spacious and filled with great views.

* Friendly Reminder - if you are not familiar with the water on the island it does have a sulphur smell to it and is a yellowish color. Bring water for consumption/ cooking. Safe to shower in and wash dishes with. Just doesn’t have a pleasant taste / smell.

Sister property to Bahama Mama directly next door and also 3 6 bedroom properties on the beach front Blue Pearl, Coconut & Safari.
