Sound Waves is a fun and bright 3 Bedroom 2 Bath house that is full of color and warmth. The property sits Beach Front in our  Middle Beach area with sand all the way up to the house. The house has a large living area with plenty of room for your group to spread out.  There is plenty of room to park, and an open cemented area downstairs to BBQ and hang out with the feel of being on the beach….. without actually being on the beach because you are so close. The Living room has Floor to ceiling windows with breath taking views of the beach, or sit on the covered porch and watch the waves and hear the Sounds of the Waves and feel the beach air while letting all your cares just melt away here at Sound Waves.  If the beach is where you wanna be, take a short stroll through the dunes and play in the sand, or take a swim in the salty ocean.  

Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside!   2 Dogs Allowed  With Additional Non Refundable Pet Fee

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
