Parking Reminder:
Guests may only park on the driveway or under the house. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. Damages to grass or underground piping caused by improper parking will result in reimbursement charges.
A $300.00 security deposit “HOLD” will be processed 2 days prior to check-in from the owner’s online booking platform. You will need to provide a credit card for this transaction. This is a hold only and will not be collected unless there are rule violations, damages to the property, or failure to follow checkout instructions. Meet the Owners of Beach Resort Services – A Family Tradition Since 1992 At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976. In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories. Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
