Ready for your own little "R 9 Beach House" get-A-way!  This newly remodeled BEACH FRONT 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation.  This precious property offers a quick beach access, views of the beach from the front decks and views from the bay & intracoastal waterway from the bay side deck.  Enjoy the sunrise on one side of the house with coffee or tea, and the sunset on the other side with some spirits and a cozy dinner.  Starting and ending your day with a view like that, what more can you ask for.  Grab the kids, the beach gear and head to the beach for the day when your ready to head back,  a short few steps and your back at the house, enjoy a fun game of corn hole with your family or BBQ some burgers and or stay in and enjoy a movie ... what ever you prefer is always memories you have a lifetime of.  Take some quiet time at the end of the night to teach the kids to journal about their day....draw pictures of fun things they did, saw, or explored, for them to dream of retuning to the beach and making more memories.
