Beach front 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath perfect for a large family('s) or group. There are two bedrooms upstairs with an additional Trundle outside the rooms and a small kitchenette that has a microwave, small dorm sized refrigerator, and a coffee pot perfect for brewing some morning coffee to sip on while watching the early morning Sunrise over the water. Also upstairs is a 1.5 bath stand up shower only. Downstairs you have your master bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the deck. 2nd bedroom downstairs has access to the guest bathroom as well as access to the deck.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
