The property is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 baths with direct access to the beach. There is a fun twist for kids or a teen... a twin bed in a space under the stairs with a SmartTV. This would be considered a 5th room except it's not really a room at all - just a quiet, private, fun little gaming or social media get-a-way.
From the moment you walk in views of the beach can not be missed. Tall ceilings with enormous windows spanning from the 1st to the 2nd floor where you can watch the kids play on the beach or enjoy the majestic morning sunrise/sunset over the open water.
When it comes to the interior lower level, you find a spacious comfortable family room that includes a beautiful fireplace, kitchen, 2 refrigerators, dining area, large pantry/laundry room with an extra sink. Every room is like a master bedroom, each has a private deck with stunning views, its own bathroom & a Smart TV.
Seaside Eden has a few features that set it apart like whole house surge protection, dehumidifier system, and a water filtration system, with reverse osmosis.
This retreat style home is located in the middle beach area of our cozy little island on Yucca allowing easy beach access. Just load your wagon in the morning, stake your place in the sun, walk back and forth to the house all day. Not to mention the decks have beautiful comfortable outdoor furnishings you can watch your friends and family from.

Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.
