SeaHaven is an amazing compound here in Surfside where you can tuck yourself away within the walls that surround the property & walk right down to the beach well.
From the moment you drive up to the gate you you will feel the luxury beaming from the house the beckons you in. As you enter the gates you will see the inviting swimming pool, 2 outdoor bars each with an outdoor TV, built in BBQ with outdoor kitchen space & outdoor enclosed shower. There is a pool house under the home that provides a space the get out of the fun in the sun and chill out, watch some TV, play video games or visit with friends. Also in that space you will find an additional sleeping space with 2 single over full Bunk Beds.
Upstairs… let the luxury begin. The foyer boasts a beautiful floral arrangement with a ceiling that goes from the bottom floor to the upstairs with crystal light fixtures. The living room has a gorgeous comfortable space with an plenty of couches and chairs for everyone to gather. And, during the winter there is an electric fireplace to add a little warmth.
The kitchen has beautiful marble surfaces throughout. There is an instant hot water faucet over the stove, a large bar where friends and family can gather while the designated chef prepares meals. There is a dining room where all can enjoy each other’s company over a great meal, play dominoes or cards AND, if you don’t want to miss that ball game… there is another wall mounted TV.
There is a Master King Suite just off of the kitchen that provides privacy from the rest of the group. Featuring a 60” SmartTV, USB charging ports everywhere, a beautiful restroom with anti-fog mirrors and stand alone shower. The views from this rooms are so beautiful.
As you venture up the staircase you will immediately notice the crystal light fixtures hanging over the foyer entrance and the wall art.
Bedroom #1 upstairs also features a 60” SmartTV and a Queen Bed.
Bedroom #2 upstairs has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, a 60” SmartTV with views of the swimming pool.
Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, a 60” SmartTV and absolutely amazing views of the beach and the bay.
Also upstairs is another restroom identical to the downstairs Master Suite.
Both the front of the house and the back of the house have beautiful deck spaces where you can enjoy view of the swimming pool, beach and bay. Also, on the back of the house there is an additional downstairs entertainment space with comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy spending time sharing stories and making memories. Exterior Bluetooth speakers allows for you to set the mood.
This luxury vacation home features high tech lighting throughout, USB charging conveniently located around the home inside and out, free high speed WiFi, a work space for those multi-taskers, large SmartTVs inside and out, brand new comfortable furniture and bedding. And, on those nights you just don’t want to cook or BBQ you are literally steps away from Red Snapper Seafood Restaurant. Also near is the liquor store, convenience stores, gift shops and more.
