Pelican I is so close you could fish/crab in the intracoastal canal waterway from the porch! But, you don’t need to because there is a fishing pier with electricity & water just a few steps away from the house. If you bring your boat there is a deep boat slip as well. The location offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, the old intracoastal (Drum Bay & Christmas Bay), West Galveston Bay and the Brazos River. Just across the Intracoastal Canal you can launch your boat, get gas and bait.

Pelican I is the sister property to Pelican II with is a 2 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8 and sits right next door on the same fenced in lot. So, if you need extra space you could rent them both as 1 rental to save money.

Pelican I is a sweet little 1 bedroom 1 bath property that sleeps 4 people. It has recently been updated and is very comfortable and clean!
