Our home away from home is super clean and sanitized. We have High Speed Internet and everything else you need to make your stay serene and relaxing. We just keep it reel, here!

We our love our beach house! I know, kind of odd to say, but, we really do love our beach house! We could have had a stressful, crazy week, but the minute we walk through that door, the stress just slips off our shoulders and we smile and relax.

I mean, what’s not to love? Just staring off into the water from our balcony is really one of the most calming things to do. Feeling the wind, listening to the surf. And with just a short walk to the beach you will start singing any number of Jimmy Buffet songs as you go. My favorite is to sit on the balcony in the evening on a clear night and look at all the amazing stars.

You can also sit around the wood fire pit downstairs sharing stories and eating s'mores. No wood? No worries, chill by the gas fire pit too!

Finally, when you feel the need to go inside, it’s okay. Just sitting on the comfy couch or relaxing in one of our rooms is just as nice. If you truly desire, we have several 5K TV’s throughout the house to get your movie or TV show fix. No worries, we don’t judge. We love movies too, if you couldn’t guess by our homage to The Nightmare Before Christmas room.

As you look around our home, you will see that it is truly our home away from home and we want you to have the same feelings of peace and relaxation just as we do when we walk through the door.

From the nice towels and linens to making sure we have the cleanest and purest water in Surfside. From the hammocks and fire pits to the big, gas, BBQ grill. From the fisherman’s and beachers paradise in the storage room to the beautiful outdoor shower. We want you to to enjoy our home just as we do.

Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside

You will have access to all areas in our beach house including the storage area downstairs. Inaccessible areas are clearly noted.

NOTE: We can assure you that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of our home. Your peace of mind is our top priority. Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking Keepin' It Reel Surfside, or purchase trip insurance to protect both parties.

Enjoy one of the cleanest beaches on the Gulf Coast with its natural beauty, it's truly an "undiscovered gem". Miles of quiet beaches to walk, ride bikes or play on.

Lake Jackson is 15 minutes away with the Brazosport Mall, WalMart, Target, Lowe's, Home Depot, HEB, Kroger and all the stores you need in a bustling city.
Lots of cute boutiques, antique shops and really cool places to eat. It's the undiscovered gem of the area!

Our favorite places to eat in Lake Jackson are Yoshi Asian Fusion and Sake To Me for Sushi and Japanese cuisine, Texas Roadhouse for Steak. In Surfside, Beach Front Bar & Grill has very tasty food as well as Seahorse Bar and Grill both on the beach.

We are only two blocks from the pedestrian beach if you don’t feel like driving.
Surfside Beach is great in the fact that you can drive on the beach and park your car right next to where you want to set up. Beach access is only $12 for the yearly pass. If the sand is soft, we would highly suggest that unless you have a four wheel drive, to enter the beach over by Seahorse Bar and Grill or the Water tower. The sand is a lot firmer there.

Pet Friendly - We accept up to two dogs 50lbs and under for a $100 non-refundable fee, with prior approval. Just let us know and we will send the Pet Agreement and Pet Fee request.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
