“Beach View” is a completely charming comfortable beach house that sits one block from the beach and a block from the Jetty. This house was completely remodeled from April to June of 2019. The owner continues to make improvements every time she is here.
This home was designed with the vacationer in mind and is in a prime location. The house sits on an over sized double lot only 1/2 block from the Intracoastal Waterway where you can watch, from the comfort of deck captain chairs, everything from personal fishing boats to gigantic super tankers enter and exit the Gulf of Mexico from all over the world. You will recognize some tankers who boast names like Dole (Bananas & Pineapples), American Rice & Maersk (from the famous movie “Captain Phillips). Beach View is situated within a block away from the Jetties where anglers can spend their days catching fish!. Beach View sports an outdoor sink and granite counter-top for fish cleaning. This beautiful house is in walking or biking distance to the brand new Bird and Butterfly Nature Trail. The Nature Trail features adult exercise equipment, observation decks, public boat ramps & crabbing / fishing piers, as well as the Splash Pad, a sweet little play park and a kayak launch area with BBQ pits & picnic tables. If you want to get your steps in, take a leisurely walk down the Jetties where dolphins can be seen frolicking in the water. FINALLY, you can’t mention this property without mentioning that it is situated along the “Surfside Beach St. Patty’s Day Parade” route. And, with all of this being said we can’t forget the reason families visit Surfside… THE BEACH! You are a block away or very short walk, bike ride, golf cart or car ride to the sand, shore and water. Even though the property is not beach front you still have easy access to the beach and you are close enough that you can see the water, hear the waves, smell the salt air, and feel the breeze.
“Beach View” has the perfect downstairs area for entertaining your guests and provides a place to gather on lazy summer days. Two (2) custom built large picnic tables provide enough room to play cards, dominoes or just enjoy some good food and drinks. A built-in U shaped bar provides space for serving. The over-sized double lot gives you plenty of grassy areas to entertain, play and spread out. You can set up yard games like horseshoes, volley ball , corn hole, along with hammocks, a fire pit, or just some lawn chairs and ice chests. You will also find a BBQ Pit, roomy enclosed outdoor shower, and water hose. This space makes an excellent place for the family to get together for burgers on the pit and some family fun.
With four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this house is perfect for a large family or multiple families looking for a house to accommodate not only the guest but also the budget!

About the Owner
Beach Resort Services is a family owned and operated business that originally opened it's doors in 1995. After the passing of our founder the business was transferred to the next in line. Our family began taking vacations to Surfside Beach in 1958. A week at a time to start, then multiple visits a year went to a month during summer until we eventually relocated and built a home here in 1976. The company is run by three generations of family with the 4th generation working their way up. We hope to continue the family tradition for years to come. We are a family, helping families to have a vacation of fun and a lifetime of memories.Location
