The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room offers comfortable furniture, a flat screen SmartTV with WiFi and a ½ bath. Located in the kitchen is the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. The dining room area with seating for 6 at the table and seating for 4 at the bar. Just off of the living room you will find bedroom #1 has 2 full over full bunks and a private restroom. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and 3 restrooms, 2 master bedrooms each with access to the upstairs balcony.

Owner provides linens as a courtesy with no additional charge.And what fun you will have relishing time with your family and friends under the house on the huge patio. This area is cemented, completely covered and offers additional outdoor spaces for entertaining, BBQing, playing games, listening to music and enjoying the refreshing gulf breeze. There is a fully enclosed open air shower, water hose and yard area. This is a fun little community of new homes which makes it easy to meet the neighbors and make new friends.

Dogs are allowed at an additional fee 2 dog max. $50 each.

Beach Resort Services is a family owned and operated business that opened its doors in 1996. The company is run by three generations of family, and with the 4th generation working their way up, we hope to continue the family tradition for years to come. We are a family, helping families to have a vacation of fun and a lifetime of memories.
