Surfside Dream is one of the few houses that still sits Beach Front on Pedestrian Beach. There is nothing but sand under the house and within 100 feet out in front is the water's edge. The location is ideal as it sits on a quiet area of the beach that does not allow cars and is within blocks of restaurants and shopping. The house is a 4 bedroom / 2 bath house that has all your amenities such as Central Air and Heat, Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher. The property has a large kitchen that looks out over the water along with the Dinning Room and Living Room.
