The Salt-Aire is a bright and comfortable beach home that easily accommodates up to eight guests. The property is on the second row, is a few steps to the beach walkway, and has unobstructed views to the northeast and southeast. With over 1,000 square feet of living space, the Salt-Aire offers a large deck, a vaulted ceiling, dining area, two full bathrooms, and three bedrooms.

The house offers central air conditioning and heat, microwave, washer and dryer (downstairs), new flat-screen TV, DVD/Blu-ray/CD player (with USB port for music thumbdrive), covered porch, large sun deck and a charcoal grill.

The broad beach views of the Salt-Aire will beckon you to romp in the sand, scour the shore for seashells, hook a wide variety of gulf fish, bask in the sun -- or simply soak it all in from the spacious deck. For a bit of variety, take a 15- to 20-minute stroll down the beach to nearby cafes and restaurants, such as Pirate's Alley Cafe, Kitty's Purple Cow, and the Red Snapper Inn.
