Poco Loco is the perfect property for any family looking for a budget friendly house. The property is second row back and offers a few Peek-A-Boo views in between the houses in front. So you get a large, updated property at a better rate because it sits a little further back. And even though Poco Loco sits further back you still have easy access to the water.
