Nautilus I is a wonderful 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath property that was recently remodeled inside and out. The property has easy access to the water and great views from the porch, living room and one of the bedrooms upstairs. There is a shower located on the deck of the property along with a Picnic Table and plenty of seating for everyone. You have access to BBQ Pits and outdoor showers as well. Nautilus I is part of a Triplex that was designed to be 3 individual units (Athena, Nautilus I & Nautilus II) or to be opened up and make one large unit.
