Description & Features

Island Sapphire is a new construction beach house that was just built this Summer in the quiet and family friendly neighborhood of Treasure Island. One of the unique features to Island Sapphire is the amazing water views that can be enjoyed from every room in the house. With the Ocean wrapping around the South and East sides of the house and the Bay around the North and West sides, you will enjoy a view of the water no matter where you look. The interior of the property is spacious with an open concept for the living areas and the bedrooms. Kitchen and Bathrooms all feature upgrades such as custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The exterior of the home is just as fantastic as the inside with 4 separate deck spaces for you to enjoy. Two decks are private for the upstairs bedrooms and they truly take advantage of the best water views in the house. The two down stairs decks are off the main living area and also feature the same great water views. On the ground level you will find plenty of parking and room for the family to hangout. There is also an oversized outdoor shower/changing room that is for rinsing off after a day on the beach.
