Fancy Face is an open concept property with plenty of room to spread out. With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bath Fancy Face is one of the larger properties available on the Pedestrian Beach. The partially covered porch is fantastic and very expansive. Plus with the house being so close to the water you can easily watch the kids and family members from the deck. This property does have one house directly across the street but has nothing else to block the views of the water.
