Description & Features
Coney Island is a wonderful little 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath house that was recently remodeled inside and out. The kitchen is very clean with the brand new white cabinets and granite tiled countertops. The bathroom was totally gutted and rebuilt with tiled walk in shower. The whole house has new flooring and new furniture. The bedrooms each have a flat screen TV with Dish and share the 1 bathroom in the house. The porch was extended during the remodel and with the addition of the pergola, you now have an area with partial shade.

Coney Island has a wonderful porch. You can sit in the shade or in the sun and have the same great views.
 

Perfectly unobstructed water views. No houses in front of you at all.
 

Beach Access is easy and very convenient No walk overs or stairs to deal with. Just walk down Yucca St and right on to the sand!
