Bonita Bay is one of our many new listings that we are excited to Welcome to the Beach Resort Services family. The property is located in the wonderful community of Treasure Island. The house sits on the bay side of the subdivision and across the street from the private community Boat Ramp. Treasure Island has many features to offer such as Private Fishing Pier, Private Boat Ramp, 24 hour Patrolled Security, Community Center that you can rent and it is all right next door to the San Luis Pass State Park. The State Park offers amenities such as Public Boat Ramp with Parking, Play Ground, Decks with Picnic Tables over looking the water, Cabanas, RV Park with its own private fishing pier and much much more.

Bonita Bay does not sit directly on the water but you will still enjoy many different Peek-A-Boo views since it is almost 100% surrounded by water. The inside is a wonderfully spacious layout with plenty of windows/sliding glass doors that allow tons of natural light. There is even a crows nest upstairs with a wonderful view of the San Luis Bridge and surrounding views. This could be a great area for the kids to have their own hang out area.

Under the house is plenty of sitting area that is perfect for getting the family together to enjoy some fresh fish off the BBQ. There is even a basketball hoop so don't forget to bring a basketball! The beach that Treasure Island is located on is one of the most quiet and family friendly and it is all within a 2 minute drive from Bonita Bay.
