Description & Features

Blue Dolphin is a Brand New beach house that was completed in late 2011. The house has an open floor plan, granite counter tops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, peek-a-boo views of the Ocean/Bay and easy access to the beach. The master bedroom is large and has a private balcony with great views of both the Ocean and Bay.

Blue Dolphin may not be right on the water edge but Beach Access is quick and easy, just walk down the street to the walk-over and your on the sand in less than 5 minutes! You can also purchase a Beach Permit so you can drive on the beach...this works out great when you need to haul a lot of beach gear! Just set up on the beach at the end of Sand Tar Loop and then you can walk back and forth to the house!
