Bella Vista is a fun and beachy home that can accommodate many different types of groups. The property works well for a large single family, multiple small families, multiple couples or maybe just the girls looking to get away. The house sits Beach Front and is about as close to the water as you can get. There are no sand dunes to cross or grass to walk through.....just walk down stairs and your yard is the beach. The house is bright, fun and fresh feeling with a lot of natural light flooding in from the large windows that overlook the ocean. Upstairs on the deck you have a water hose, outdoor shower and a gate. This is such a convenience for washing off before heading into the house.
