Description & Features
Beach View is a charming and comfortable beach house that sits one block from the beach and a block from the Jetty. Even though the property is not beach front you still have easy access to the beach and you are close enough that you can see the water, hear the waves, smell the salt air and feel the breeze. Beach View has the perfect downstairs area for your guests to gather on lazy summer days. You have 2 oversized picnic tables, Built in U shaped bar, BBQ Pit, Bathroom and plenty of yard for Horse Shoes/Volley Ball/etc. This makes a great place for the family to get together for burgers on the pit and some family fun. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bath this house is perfect for a large family or multiple families looking for a house to accommodate not only the guest but also the budget!

If you are needing more room then be sure to check out our many other rental houses that are all within walking distance. (The second story on the backside of Beach View is a private apartment that is not accessible with rentals)

From the deck of Beach View you can see both the Beach and also the Intercoastal Waterway. This is a great place to watch all the shrimp boats, cargo ships, etc coming in and out of the channel.
