Description & Features

Athena is a very versatile property that works for everyone. No matter the size of your group, the age or if you want to be in one house together or not, this house will work for you. Athena is part of a Triplex and it is set up to be the main unit of the 3. Athena is a 4 bedroom that can accommodate 14 guest. If you have more than 14 guest or just want a little extra room for everyone then you can also book one or both of the other two attached properties called Nautilus I and Nautilus II. All thee units have interior doors going from one unit to the other. So you can rent just Athena, just the two nautilus, Athena and Nautilus and have access to each unit via the interior door. Or you can access the units from the Wrap around porch. Each unit has their own deck space that is gated off from the rest. Athena has the largest part of the deck up front with a shower on the porch and a walkover to the beach attached to the deck. You can also access the 1 bedroom detached unit called Casa Mia by the walk ways.

New walk over is pictured but hard to see with the gate closed. It is to the left of the picnic table and goes all the way out to the beach. This gives you direct access to the water.
